Since you asked, I would like to see current audited financials - cash on hand, total debt, revenue in the past quarters since free ISP service was launched, breakdown of revenue between phone calls and advertising, cost to market X-Stream, all preferred stock outstanding from any previous corporate identity which could still be converted now, and the terms of financing for the $28 million LU equipment contract. Oh yes, beneficial ownership by anyone who has more than 5% of the current shares. That should do for now. If they file for an IPO, of course, I will get all that on a platter along with an auditors's certification. But the June 18 "deadline" didn't produce a news release that I have seen.
