Hello Richnorth

1. Judging by the significant jump in trading volume and price, doesn't it bother common shareholders (and the TSE) just a wee bit that so many insiders and their friends obviously knew about and traded on the news of this farm-out days before the official announcement?

2. Doesn't it also bother common shareholders (and the TSE) just a wee bit that they have also been lied too for months having been told repeatedly that the company's 100% owned claims were going to be immanently drilled by GMD, only to now be told that the company has literally given away over 50% of what were presumably multiple highly prospective kimberlite pipes without even raising the price by drilling a few of the prime targets?

These are the same pipe targets who's chemistry was just weeks ago being compared to Dia Met's best right?

3. Finally, doesn't it also bother common shareholders (and the TSE) just a wee bit that a NR dated June 16th was faxed to some yet not published on Sedar or the Canadian Newswire until June 17th?

I suppose shareholders should all be thrilled by the confirmation that DeBeers has faith in these claims, a faith that management obviously does not share.

So why did the share price drop after the NR?

Do you suppose it was all those little guys who suddenly saw half of their entire potential equity given away when they thought they had a shot at the brass ring?

Why is the price now recovering?

Do you suppose it is because shareholders can now rely of news releases to in fact be factual and not gross misrepresentations of the real intent of management or of the truth (which ever way you look at it)?

Any immediate appreciation, on the face of this NR, is still premature, as the only thing likely to add real equity to GMD shares now is drilling and none was committed to in the near term. Only more retesting of retesting of retesting.

If you make profits in the short term, you are doing it on the backs of fellow shareholders. Be careful all. A lot have to lose for a few to win at that game.

Are you going to be one of the few or one of the many?

Regards
