India: Vague recollection of a post in which someone, don't recall if it was Q and if it related to infra (pre-E) shutting down an India sales office. It may not even have been telecom related.

India's political context more murky than ever with the Bharatiya Janata Party's loss of a confidence vote in Congress this Spring. The political parties vying for power have not been able to put together a governing coalition since the no-confidence vote. BJP fell when a splinter party led by a former film actress withdrew her support; then the Congress Party came asunder when they couldn't agree if Rajiv's widow was truly qualified to lead the party and run for PM because she is Italian born. Not to mention the continuing skirmishes in the new cold war near atop the world in Kashmir. Difficult climate for business.

Regards. Steven
