Telecom and Semiconductors made new highs first out of january consolidations and now XCI looks like it is following. Jan 12, 97 was a 9 month cycle bottom, however it wasn't the price low of that cycle, we could have the same thing here or the 9 month cycle may have been stretched out because of the big correction last fall, all the other corrections since 95 were of the 10% or so variety. bear market rally? futures.tradingcharts.com what inflation? bwdik, bb
