Nick, it's not ACWA that has all that money, it's the overall chem
demil program run by Prociv's office.

However (IMHO) it's now only a matter of time before a significant
chunk of that heads ACWA's and Teledyne-Commodore's way.

When TC first put in the GAO protest they could of legally forced
the suspension of all ACWA work whilst the protest was outstanding,
they didn't, instead they specifically asked the GAO not to allow
their protest to wreck the ACWA program by suspending it. In retrospect that may turn to be a VERY smart move.
