Brian--If the stock price is not over $1.35 in May, holders would not exercise and the strike (exercise) price would become $1.50 through espiration date in Sept. '97. If stock price not over $1.50 by then, warrants would expire worthless. (Just like an out of the money call.)

Bottom line: if the company has good news this spring and/or summer, the price should rise and money from the warrant exercises would provide funds for further exploration or development work without the need to do another stock offering.
