Yes Dr. Meade, Thank you for the information.. IMO, it is very important to see what kind of deals are going down.. I did not see mention of any cash payments or stock buy ins in this one.. Looks like a straight work commitment. without knowing more about it.. Remember folks, it all depends on the quality of the property, and that speaks louder than anything.. and the acquirer has the final say,if there is one, because they hold the cash and THEY KNOW what they are looking at. I think I recall an old saying about "money talks, something or another walks"... Good luck new investors and always be careful ....Coug
