As far as his questions about how they plan on pulling this telephony thing off. I dont know how, maybe they will lease , rent, buy...etc the entire program. He doesnt know the cost involved or the profit margin structure. Becasue he says it can't be done because it would be to expensive is BS, because he doesn't know.
