you'll get your chance to back your libelous & defamatory claims about
me in a court of law. But I will say that Mike Zapara ( Alexis International)
was part of a money laundering scheme with RMIL CEO Gary Morgan, &
CFO Roland Breton. You did post that you didn't "know" who Mike Zapara
was. I find that remarkable since you are a self-proclaimed "professional
researcher" and your job & function is to "educate" the investment public.
How is it you didn't know who Zapara was & why did you post the AZNT
lawsuit against Zapara "didn't exist"? Instead, like others in your circle, you
targeted shareholders. How can you be educating the investment public
while at the same time libeling, defaming, degrading & attempting to
discredit members of it?

Michael Zapara? His name has been thrown around in the press releases and other
conversations, but does anybody know anything about him?

as told to me, zapara was hired by promise and subseqent delivery of approx.
500,000
shares of the (sic) slightly misdirected shares destined for employee compensation plan
(i guess all the kathie lee sweatshop workers in dominican, haiti, cuba wherever) by
roland and gary if his companny, alexis international would "create" a vehicle via
internet/marketmakers/RILEY G/investors that would pump the stock of a
company
that posted the largest loss ever, no viable business (ie: revenues, riley blah blah blah),
and go figure. Everywhere i have checked with legitimate sources, (from p. lanzillo, ten
sleep, ft. lauderdale, hialeah, et.al) won't touch these guys with an out of state ten
foot(sheep) pole. so why the stock rise??? shillls like someschizos(I AM

I never implied that you were responsible for the documents procurement from there
original files. I strongly suspect that they were the proceeds from the Alexis
International
burglary that was mentioned to me by Mork and Zappara in my conversations with
them in Sept-Dec. 1997,

I talked with Alexis as they were the IR firm. Sure I talked with him back in Aug.
1997, as it was part of the DD. You mean you have not talked with them, how did you
do your DD without talking with him ( Zapara) or Alexis?
