Come on give us the true total as Tom, said 69,300,334 someone else says 71,300,334 and I'm thinking more like 76,300,334 now who's going to be the closer of the three?

IMVHO, the company should not be to far from full on the shares they can issue. I think it's only auth. for, 100,000,000 yet can that change with a special meeting of the board on a BB issue?? Will the PFRD. shares be counted in the 100,000,000 or do they stay out of the total up to conversion? Each set of rules seems to be diffrent by the company from what I, have been reading. So what's your guess?
