The stock fell from high today of 39 to close at 36 5/8. I am sure the low closing was related to Nacchio's continued aggressive position. In my view, he is so obsessed by this acquisition that there is an increasing probability that he will raise the bid to whatever level is necessary to accomplish his objective. If that happens, I would not be surprised to see the stock fall to the mid twenties.
