Richard, I totally agree with you -- we would be pushing against a rope if we tried to orchastrate some type of shareholder "action." KRT is a pure speculation play, plain and simple. If we wanted to invest in a company whose management communicates with shareholders in a regular fashion, then the junior market is not the place to be.

It's too bad this is the way things have to be, for personally i believe if a company is listed on an exchange, and raises funds by issuing stock to the public, management should be accessible for shareholder inquiries. Or, at least answer the DAMN phone.
