OT: ABT apparently just offered 1.6 shares of ABT for every share of AZA, around $70 per AZA share. Just two weeks ago, or so, AZA was down at about $30 or so. For those of us who remember to loathe or yearn for such an event (probably many more of the latter than there were three months ago, I not being one).
