I've mentioned before that I have argued to KK and DD to drop the Canadian listing, so I am in total agreement. I can only think of one reason why it might be better for investors to keep the Canadian listing, and that's the issue of the spread. It appears to me that the spread on Lenox shares is fairly narrow, considering how lightly traded the stock is. I *think* (I haven't done any systematic research, so this is just based on my impression from my experience) that similarly priced and active stocks which trade only on the NASDAQ OTC:BB normally have a wider spread. If this is true, I judge it to be a minor drawback compared to the benefits of getting out of Canada.

There's probably some other reason I haven't thought of in favor of keeping the Canadian listing. But, I don't know what it is.

Rgds.
