Awfully presumptuious (Egads, my spelling!) of you to assume that I have not "[gotten] after it."

I have to be very careful of the internet. I am a licensed professional, and as such, any nut in the world can get very personal information about me VERY EASILY if they see my name on the internet.
Unfortunately, I have seen first hand (thank god not to me)how vulnerable you can be because of the internet.

BTW, when you all talk of accountability from the poster, what kind of accountability are you talking about....legal accountability or moral or just what kind.... how does a profile help you POLICE the accountability aspect?

I believe in freedom of speech (and I admire Larry Flynt for the way he protected our freedoms, even if I don't read his magazine.) I also believe in the right against invasion of privacy. These rights should be valued and protected....and my motto on the internet is "SAFETY FIRST!!!!"
