DownSouth, Hi! I understand the analyst at Merrill Lynch estimates that the Dell contribution to NTAP will be $25 million in FY2000 and $125 million in FY2001. He also believes these numbers may be conservative.

Could you elaborate on your understanding of the Dell deal? Is NTAP going to supply Dell with complete boxes w/a Dell logo on them or simply components which Dell will assemble themselves?

Where "DownSouth" do you live? I moved back home to Alabama after living in Tennessee for 11 years.
