USA TECHNOLOGIES AND LEXMARK ENTER INTO CO-MARKETING AGREEMENT
WAYNE, Pa., March 19 /PRNewswire/ -- George R. Jensen, Jr., president and chief executive officer of USA Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: USTT), today announced a co-marketing agreement with Lexmark International, Inc. (NYSE: LXK), to market and sell USA Technologies' Business Express(TM) product, equipped with Lexmark printers, to the hospitality industry.
Scheduled to commence in March 1997, joint marketing and sales activities will continue for an initial term of one year, emphasizing selling to high- level marketing contacts in the hospitality industry. In addition, the companies will also develop and execute joint sales and marketing plans for Business Express(TM), Laptop Express(TM) and Computer Express(TM) products in other key vertical markets such as retail, government and education.
