Just wanted to note I thought you make some good points in your recent post about the institutional price-driven barriers to holding EDIG now. In effect it is a self-fulfilling prophesy, in that stocks above $5 tend to stay there due to institutional/brokerage/margin support, while those below that level have to fight to achieve that price without the benefit of any of those factors.

Also I like your idea of buying a license to download music that would permit multiple downloads. This is consistent with the idea of "thin client" PCs that Sun has been pushing for some time. In that scenario, all software resides on central servers and it is accessed by local PCs as necessary. With enough bandwidth and ease of access, I suppose you could have a world where wireless internet devices would access any music (or videos) you wanted at any time just by requesting them. Payment would be by per item licenses or monthly subscription (like cable television today).

Your music player would only need to store the music for a moment because you could access it again any time you wanted to hear it.

I know that is not exactly what you proposed, but it would be an interesting business model.
