By the way, one asset that Derlan has that is never mentioned, but is nevertheless quite important, is the tax loss carryforward of about $38 million. This carryforward expires in 2013 and can be used to reduce taxes payable. Last year, for example, the company used $1.557 million of this carryforward to reduce their taxes payable.
