To All: News on ITG and Wave... Monday June 21, 7:35 pm Eastern Time Internet Tech plans to float JV - paper LONDON, June 22 (Reuters) - Internet Technology Group Plc (quote from Yahoo! UK & Ireland: ITH.L) is planning to float its joint venture with U.S. group Wave Systems (OTC BB:WAVX - news) within the next few months, the Times newspaper reported on Tuesday. The GlobalWave joint venture, likely to be listed in Britain, could be valued at more than 100 million pounds, the Times said in its unsourced report. ITG, Britain's largest independent Internet service provider, said on Monday the real growth in the Internet market had yet to come.
