Maybe a reverse stock split would generate some enthusiasm Here.

If we show a price in the 30's again.... investors would buy in a little when they look back to see how the stock is doing after the merger fall-out last summer.

I don't know the CEO. But the insiders I know say the company is still heavily overstaffed. Although, I know a few folks who have left. They are the ones I would have preferred stayed in. With any software company it is the intellectual capital you invest in. So it really does not matter what the software has done in the past but what will it do in the future.
In this market, the near future is critical.
