In regards to temperatures....GLE has been able to bring temperature of their SOFC from 800/850C down to 650C...I think. Ballard runs about 100 to 200C...This higher temp, is what makes a SOFC more efficient than a PEM cell....Also..this higher temp. will allow natural gas...methanol....possibly gasoline and diesel to be used directly with out having a additional reformer to strip hydrogen out of the fuel....like a Pem needs...raisin
