Dman, I think the Fletcher survey is probably accurate. X-Stream did a press release on 05/28/99 saying they were still the third largest ISP so I think that was a bit of a stretch. Fact remains, however, they said they have about 375,000 subscribers and it appears they do, so there you go. They also are still giving away free 800 calls. From X-Stream Central.
