FYI, Just check my Waterhouse account and I received ERROR MESSAGE 720 - my account is now restricted for the IPO. Called the electronic brokerage service number and was told they now have put a freeze on the IPO account, meaning I can no longer alter the number of shares I originally requested. I was told to monitor my e-mail every few hours for the next two days to ensure allotment.
