Hi Jorj. I have two concerns regarding BETT in general and the shareholders meeting in particular. >>KEEP IN MIND the Costa Rica deal for shareholders of record was couched in terms of "maybe" not a done deal. I do not see how the company could justify the cost unless we are doing VERY WELL by then and the number of registered shareholders is relatively small compared to the O/S.<< I would worry if Tom makes the offer to fly registered sharesholders to the shareholder meeting to thread members only and not to all BETT shareholders who have their shares registered in their name. >>The team is Tom's defacto board, as are all of us who take the time to contact him or make suggestions through the thread postings or e-mail.<< I hope that the next shareholders meeting will have a Proxy Statement sent out before hand, a vote on the proposals at the meeting and microphones for shareholders to speak into so that every one can hear and comment. These are very small concerns and Tom has at least six months before he has to worry about them. Go BETT!! Bo Tom!! Scoobey
