A...objective is to relist NASDAQ when we meet the requirements... ok...until NewKidCo is NASDAQ [which it was until October 1998 when it was delisted NASDAQ under the same management team] it is essentially a microcap non-event viz a viz qualifying as a "Non Designated Rule 15c2-6 Security" wherein EVERY TRADE WITHIN THE UNITED STATES MUST BE DESIGNATED AN UNSOLICITED TRADE..NO BROKER CAN RECOMMEND THIS STOCK WITHOUT SUBSTANTIAL UNDERLYING/NOTARIZED HOLD HARMLESS/INDEMNIFICATION US SEC PAPERWORK FILED PRIOR TO SAID TRADE(S) IN (NASD OTC BB:NKCIF), Marginable >$5/share, picked up by any of the substantive Internet financial services/portals e.g. InfoBeat Finance, Internet Daily, Schwab quotes...and again/accordingly will never achieve shareholder value maximization...good work and thank you jim...we now have an updated baseline on NewKidCo's position in re: NASDAQ. esecurities has requested similar information, in writing, however, our request has not been acknowledged, to date...the question still remains, Why was it specifically designated and did NewKidCo go out of their way and make sure their (June 15, 1999) press release specifically stated THESE SECURITIES HAVE NOT BEEN AND WILL NOT BE REGISTERED UNDER THE U.S. SECURITIES ACT OF 1933... this is the simple question we asked and NewKidCo simply has not answered...
