No RAMP, Regular Power E*Trade, late timestamp, flipped PCLN and haven't gotten an E*Trade IPO share since. During the same time frame, I've gotten every IPO I wanted at Wit except CARI, and had good or decent timestamps on lots of E*Trade issues under their "old system" and didn't get shares.
