The opportunity cost ....(in this case, already lost for many), of not having to wait, not to mention all the mental games everyone goes through "in the meantime", and the gains that one can have, (in my case, and luckily, I have had), by placing the same capital somewhere else, in companies that not only is there a promise, but further they performed...
Examples: LU, SCH, ORCL, FDX, SPYG, AMZN, MSFT, INTC, and many others.... plus these companies have options that you can trade or sell (as in covered calls). These options can enhance your investment....
FCM is NOT optionable....

Problem for many has been that they fall in love with the damned piece of paper, and they are done... cooked... fried.
They can not separate the difference between the company and the officers and employees working in them.... and the stock that trades....
So fine.... you go and announce whatever it is that they will work on, or whatever other magic telephonyvoodoo they are working on, let's see the mula.. and then I'll buy... so I miss a few points... big deal, better than LOSING... or worse, LANGUISHING like a dying BURRO in HEAT... while other stocks really fly....
