Those are the only people making sense...all members of SI should join in a massive lawsuit against both USRX and COMS but mostly COMS (You can only sue USRX for being so naive!!!)! What reason would there be for Benhamou to "reiterate" his warning of slow sales in a quiet period preceding their sales report unless he is trying to prepare us for an even nastier than expected report on Thursday eve!! He's obviously been misrepresenting COMS situation to USRX and lying to all since the beginning. So USRX should sue COMS + Benhamou personally and get out of this deal and get out of the 150mil penalty with the lawsuit for misrepresentation! Look at Benhamou's eyes....eyes of a liar, mark my words! Thierry
