Mr. Straight. Time is lost?

Raising capital is certainly very difficult; but SCMS technology is patented and proven. Senior management is at big risk, and in day to day control. Not all bad stuff.

Whether a successful model can be put forward, resulting in reasonable cash flow and profits, remains to be seen. I have my doubts; and micros certainly represent high risk.

Still, the structure ain't bad, expenses seem under control, no managers are selling stock, the banks and big investors are sticking with it. George hasn't waivered (much), although Byron's detailed company reviews seem rare. And, a big corporate buyer may yet come forward.

This is a micro. Long term, high risk, high potential reward.

IMO, a decent time; not necessarily all lost. Not yet, anyways.

Regards,

Stan
