Here is the Russell index homepage which shows ASTN as "likely" to be added to the index: russell.com Will know for sure on July 6th when the new list is published. I hear there may be some new institutional interest in ASTN towards weeks end. Would be nice to see some fresh blood in the stock. Timing seems right, VWAP will be online in July, added to Russell 2000 at the same time, add a little institutional buying and we should see 13 ish next couple of weeks. Think about ti. If the institutions that are using the VWAP system like it, won't they become investors in the company? Makes sense to me. Could have a lot of mutual fund interest right before the launch, IMHO. 9 1/2 big level on the charts, once it breaks, it's off to the races again....;^)
