From my viewpoint the 10Q just filed (for 06/30/98) is meaningless -- outstanding shares are (unfortunately) way off, any reference to loan financing is probably dead and gone or we could have closed without a JV. I would be VERY interested in seeing a CURRENT 10Q stating what the conditions are at this point in time! craigt
