Suddenly, it seems that this thread finally comes back down to earth. Quite amazing outcome... I posted similar arguments. Many times. Since then, I had more time to think about what will be. If a standard is to be developed, ACTV will be a leading underwriter of such a standard. The question remains: Could a standard be developed outside of the application domains covered by ACTV's patents? I don't think so. At less than $12 a share IATV is attractive.
