Open Letter To Management of Sabratek:
I hope the announcement you made today 6/21/99, dljdirect.com was not directed toward any of the team of snoops, undercover investigators and truthseeking individuals that work as a team posting under the nom de plume "pluvia".
It is pluvia's opinion that SBTK's financials include fraudulent, manufactured accounting, and that SBTK management has failed to inform investors of significant events as required by law. For example, failure by SBTK management to disclose to shareholders the FDA letters to SBTK, and events surrounding those letters, which resulted in the shutdown of certain SBTK facilities, and the resulting significant drop in price of SBTK stock.
Please be informed, that the pluvia team is prepared to open an extra strength can of WHOOP ASS on any scumbag company that attempts to disturb pluvia's first amendment rights, including pluvia's right to expose to public shareholders various fraudulent scumbag activities occurring at various public companies.
K. Shan Padda, that included you bud.
Additionally, in your press release today where you stated:
...Sabratek Corporation's Chairman and CEO, K. Shan Padda said: "We must keep in mind that the amended complaint contains nothing but allegations, which we believe, are wholly without merit.
Pluvia is reminded of President Clinton's statement; "I did not have sexual relations with that woman"...
Furthermore, we suggest that instead of telling us:
"Our audited financial statements were prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and were audited by an international accounting firm. We stand by those financial statements."
You have KPMG review the allegations of fraudulent, manufactured accounting, including interviewing the parties named in those allegations, and THEN try to get KPMG to indicate they stand by their audit.
We don't think they will. We also think your days directing this public company are numbered.
Yours truly, with can opener in hand...
