Bear Down, it would be a huge surprise if NCDR resumes trading on the BB this month.

The list that we just looked at shows that the most likely outcomes are either:

* the company will go to the pink sheets later this year, where it will likely trade under $2 and possibly for pennies, until it disappears within 2 years
* or it will simply never trade again.
