I was surprised to learn that sprint pcs numbers could be used with iridium now. Why hasn't nextel done this?! It would seem that nextel's high value business/industrial/service customers would be more likely to request call anywhere capabilities and be willing/able to pay. I know the phones are bulkier than nextel's, but couldn't they devise some sort of clip on unit for when a nextel user goes into a rural/oceanic area?!
