Hi KJC, Just to throw out ideas about [RD] wanting to establish a precedence, why not have it be a precedence where they lose, thus establishing that they are not legally responsible for the content of their releases. If you look at it this way, the Webnode 3 has provided a perfect vehicle to establish this precedence without [RD] actually having any skin in the game. I don't necessarily believe this, but maybe they want to lose... Just throwing out possibilities. JXM
