Robert, Yes-that was the recent ruling in Portland Federal District Court against A,T,&T, saying that ATT could not necessarily exclude third parties form access to all of the cable system that they have recently acquired via acquisition like TCI.

You can read about it under ATT newsboards on any service. Personally I consider the ruling to be neutral vis-a-vis CSGS, since there is no guarantee that CSGS will get all of ATT's cable business anyway.....

Finally I noted that CSGS' volume acclerated at the close....
