Waterhouse Securities is schedule to price Tuesday afternoon as TWE. TWE's market cap should be about $8 billion if it comes in the $20-$24 range. TD (the bank) currently owns 100% of Waterhouse, and has a market cap of only $14 billion or so. TD is selling of 8.7% of Waterhouse to the public. Lets see what happens to TD.
