All, as OPEC struggles to get over-supply back to healthy levels in 3rd & 4th Qtrs '99 looks like at least one world supplier will be ready to cash in. <Rasheed told a session of the Iraqi Parliament that ''Iraq would surprise the world after the year 2000 by increasing production capacity of crude oil to large figures.''>

Of course if Iraq boasts to over produce, OPEC leaders will threaten to open the oil spigots full blast just to see who can hurt who the most. Interesting economics from these world leaders, however I would be willing to bet that they get a gold star from the global transportation sector.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch, looks like the price of TLM is testing the extreme bottom of it's bullish trend in what appears to be a profit-taking phase by my interpretations of the technicals. My guess is that we will have another down day before recovery to the uptrend. Knock on wood, etc. Ed
