NCDR sells stock in early June for $1.25! Anybody here read the 13D filed last night? Frank Musolino, sole owner of First American Holdings (remember them?) bought 2,800,000 shares for $3,500,000 on June 11, 1999. He also received warrants to purchase 2,800,000 shares @ $3/sh. His company also received 235,000 shares. Looks like his adjusted cost would be south of $1.00/share. And the stock was trading at $15 at the time. How ironic that the SEC halted this stock that same day!
