Re: Warrant conversion rates

The anti-dilution provision on XYBRW means you get more XYBR shares when you convert. It still costs 1 XYBRW + $9 to convert but now you get 1.5 shares of XYBR, resulting in an effective strike price of $6.01.

XYBRW is currently scheduled to expire on 7/18/99. Since that is a Sunday, the effective expiration date is 7/19/99. According to the company's web site, no decision has yet been made on whether they will be extended or not.
