Just to get the thread lively again <vbg> Maxwell has announced a collaboration with Nissin Electric of Japan today revolving around Pure Pulse. JMHO, but I think the recent new hire CFO is most qualified, and suspect last week's pressure on the stock was at least partially caused by losing the former CFO.
