The NASDAQ requires $4mm in HARD ASSETS, not market cap.

The 800,000 shares are HARD ASSETS, so they count toward the $4,000,000 requirement. I think that BANY should go for the next level NASDAQ registration, requiring $40mm in hard assets. ANYI only has to hit $12.50 to get that kind of asset number.

I think ANYI will BLOW past that number. There is just to much growth, to few shares and the internet is just SO NEW! People have to notice this, or be left behind.
