Rainier, Thanks for the kind words. I haven't had time to respond to your excellent post as work and family have kept me away from the computer - not a bad thing. You raise some great points and several questions that I'm not capable of answering. On one issue, you say that virtual spin earns revenue on a flat-fee basis. I'm not sure what that means, but I do know they make money when: 1) they sell their Internet Store package 2) when they host virtual stores 3) when they charge merchant service fees and software reseller distribution fees. According to Paula Murray, an individual sale of the basic system can generate a substantial sum - unlike the nickels and dimes "per unit" the company is accustomed to. Competition in this area is going to be fierce. Hopefully, unlike the online book sellers, we have a battleground that allows everyone to cover their expenses, and even have some profits left over for shareholders.
