Am I skeptical of CULE management? Of course. They are an unproven commodity. Also the current site is amateurish in its design. My main point was that they seem unsure of themselves and perhaps unwilling to take bold steps. The internet is no place for the timid. What would be wrong with opening the site in modules? Open a membership section where people can sign up for their free email and chat names. Offer a discount or e-coupon to early subscribers. This wouldn't be a meaningless press release and it starts to build your mailing list and subscriber base and consumer research. I have a good size position in CULE. I am not too worried about it short term but I think the initial pop could be bigger with a set launch date and proper ramp up. At least I got some posts going on this thread.
