A drug doesn't save anybody's life unless it is used at the right time ,in the right way, for the right disease. Both drugs and physicians are needed to get people well, but both are at the mercy of a broken legal system. Our society is very litigious and the tort system is the disgrace of the industrialized world. Therefore one can find better places to put investment money or career time, especially since there are so many opportunities available in gorillas, kings and uber princes.
