Attorney handling case: Hale & Don - Mark Polebaum; Ian Platt - 617-742-9100; courthouse - 508-770-8900; 508-793-0555 Trustee's Office (place to call IF and WHEN a plan is filed publicly) There has been no plan filed, may not be one filed; waiting on some "particulars" whatever that means. So with regard to what past officers may receive a distribution of shares in an upcoming venture, no one knows - as Ian put it "nothing has been made public". He has no idea of who is accumulating the large blocks of shares. Guess that is not "public" yet either. :) Jacalyn
