correct me if I'm wrong but I don't believe there were any PR re: the actual "cost" of selling TISMA.. nor will it appear when they release their 4th Q ended March 31 1999 since they announce the sale of TISMA just recently - May 31 to be exact.

Q3 results were positive since "IPS AUTOMATION REBOUNDS FROM TWO QUARTERS OF LOSSES".. let's hope it continues for Q4..
