If this becomes a proven trend, AOL will have to adapt and offer a no frills service in addition to their regular service. Is anyone out there skeptical about satellites as a mainstay of ineternet service? I am long AOL right now but I'm not convinced that satellites will be the way to go. I used to have a satellite dish, but there were constant weather and intereference problems. This was 10 years ago, so I'm not sure how good they are these days. I still think AOL will need a cable plan and a price competetive phone plan.
